Jack, Aaron, Sarah and Billy share a fatal illness, Jack's childhood sweetheart Chloe does not. A pact bound by children's hands begins a fight between hope, love, life and death, knotting together the hearts and souls of these life long friends. What was once an innocent childhood promise becomes a violent adulthood tragedy, as Jack is compelled to chose between Chloe and Aaron, life and death.
