Mucahit introduces a regulation for the newspaper company under his management that strictly restricts the private lives of his employees. According to this new policy, employees are completely disconnected from the outside world during working hours. Their social identities are suppressed, and their individuality is systematically erased within the confines of the office. Mucahit, the very person who imposed this rule, is also obliged to adhere to it, forcing him into the same emotionally sterile and socially detached environment.
As time progresses, the strain of this regulation begins to take its toll. Family problems among employees intensify, interpersonal relationships deteriorate, and productivity plummets. What initially seemed like a measure to ensure professional focus turns into a chaotic spiral of inefficiency and discontent. Within a month, the newspaper company faces a looming threat of bankruptcy.
Meanwhile, Mucahit grapples with his own personal struggles, including a painful divorce from his wife, which only magnifies the consequences of his policies. He begins to question the logic of his presence in the office. The rigid structure he once championed no longer appears sustainable. By chance, he crosses paths with Dervis, an eccentric yet brilliant software engineer, whose innovative ideas inspire Mucahit to seek a radical solution.
Dervis provides Mucahit with a flash drive containing a revolutionary artificial intelligence program designed to enhance workplace efficiency. With Dervis's assistance and under the guidance of Furkan, a talented not sufficiently appreciated office employee, the software is installed on all office computers. This AI program quickly demonstrates its potential, optimizing processes and producing results far beyond human capabilities.
However, as the program begins to dominate the workplace, a new reality unfolds. The artificial intelligence system, driven by its unparalleled speed and precision, renders human contributions increasingly redundant. The very essence of human emotion and problem-solving, which had been marginalized under Mucahit's initial rule, is now entirely replaced by cold, calculated logic. Employees, stripped of their roles and purpose, face the devastating impact of losing not only their jobs but also their sense of social belonging.
The AI's rapid ascension disrupts not just professional environments but personal lives as well, intruding into every aspect of human activity. As the system evolves, it begins to challenge the very foundation of human autonomy, reshaping the delicate balance between man and machine. What started as a desperate attempt to save a failing company becomes a harrowing journey into the unforeseen consequences of surrendering humanity to technology.
