Katerina, a successful singer on a TV interview reflects on her journey to the halls of fame. Katerina reflects on her humble beginnings as a singing waitress in Micheil's Restaurant. She fondly recounts the events in her loving relationship with Sergio and unfortunate relationship with possessive mother Luisa. Katerina highlights on the continuous attempts Luisa made to break up her relationship Sergio which climaxed to finally give her inspiration to write a great song whose performance at the restaurant inadvertently leads to her discovery by a popular music producer that propels her to the doors of fame.
